1. Import Costs Covered by 10FoldMoto

For products that require importation into Canada, 10FoldMoto.ca pays applicable import and customs fees charged to us during sourcing and inventory import.

By handling these costs internally, we are able to offer competitive pricing and pass those savings on to the customer in the listed product price.

2. Customer Customs & Brokerage Fees

10FoldMoto.ca does not pay customs fees, brokerage charges, duties, or taxes charged directly to the customer by a carrier or customs authority.

This may include, but is not limited to:

Import duties are assessed at delivery
Brokerage or clearance fees charged by the shipping carrier
Local taxes or fees applied by the destination country or region

Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. International Orders

For shipments delivered outside of Canada, customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local import regulations.

10FoldMoto.ca is not responsible for delays, refusals, or additional charges resulting from customs processing in the destination country.

4. Customs Delays

Customs clearance times vary by country and carrier. Delays caused by customs authorities or carriers are outside of our control.
