Robert Couture.

Founder, CEO, Director.

Robert Couture, Founder, Builder, Author.

Robert Couture is the founder and owner of 10FoldMoto, a technology-driven platform focused on electric motorcycles, EV systems, and practical engineering tools for builders, riders, and makers.

The Relentless Builder.

A sharp-minded inventor with the instincts of a craftsman, Robert blends hands-on manufacturing experience with software development and product design. His work spans EV battery modeling, CNC machining, CAD design, and web-based engineering tools, always with a focus on turning complex, high-voltage systems into practical, usable solutions.

He is the author, designer, and technical writer behind 10FoldMoto.ca, where he publishes in-depth articles, calculators, and breakdowns covering EV batteries, e-motorcycles, fabrication techniques, and emerging electric vehicle technologies. His writing bridges the gap between lab-grade theory and real-world application, making advanced concepts accessible without oversimplifying them.

Robert is not just documenting technology; he is actively building it.

Professional Background.

Robert began his entrepreneurial career as an eBay seller at age 20 (August 6, 2011), operating a successful online business for nearly a decade. The COVID-19 pandemic severely disrupted operations, forcing a strategic pivot and the pursuit of hands-on manufacturing roles to expand his technical foundation.

He joined Wesgar Inc., working as a powder coater and grinder for 1 year and 6 months, where he developed a strong understanding of surface finishing, production workflows, and industrial quality standards.

He later worked at Metalcraft Technology Inc., continuing in powder coating and grinding while adding assembly experience during a 3-month tenure, followed by a similar role at Cobotix Manufacturing Inc. for another 3 months.

During this period, Robert faced a major external setback when his Google and Meta advertising accounts were compromised, resulting in $1,600 in fraudulent charges. Although his bank recovered the funds, his reputation with both platforms is ruined.

Facebook completely deleted his account, which was connected to his Instagram account, and in turn connected to his Threads account. He is not allowed back on the Meta platform because of these fraudulent charges, and Google permanently locked his accounts unless he paid for the hacker-generated charges, introducing unexpected financial and operational stress.

He briefly worked at Northwest Plastics Ltd. as a Rotational Mold Machine Operator, then joined Code Electric Ltd. as a grinder, where he earned a promotion to Assembler through consistent performance and technical reliability.

Over 2 years and 7 months, Robert worked in this role within a production environment. Trained in lean manufacturing principles, he consistently emphasized efficiency, organization, and accountability. However, systemic issues with their expectations of contributing to lean work output without providing a lean workplace eventually led to conflict and a layoff after multiple disputes over shop cleanliness, organization, and responsibilities.

Current Focus.

With over a decade of experience in e-commerce, manufacturing, and technical problem-solving, Robert is now launching a prototyping and product development company. The business focuses on taking ideas from concept to production, offering services including:

  • 3D scanning

  • CAD design

  • 3D printing

  • CNC machining

  • Prototype-to-final-product development

This work directly feeds into the broader 10FoldMoto ecosystem, where tools like EV calculators, technical guides, and product concepts are developed, tested, and documented in real time.

Author & Platform Builder.

Under the online handle immortal1nstrum, Robert personally wrote, designed, and built 10FoldMoto.ca, combining editorial content, engineering tools, and product integrations into a single platform. His work reflects a consistent philosophy:

  • Build first.

  • Measure honestly.

  • Publish transparently.

  • Improve relentlessly.

Whether through long-form technical articles, EV battery calculators, or experimental product development, his goal remains the same: make advanced technology practical, understandable, and usable by real people.

Areas of Expertise.

Personal Mission Statement.

Robert’s work is driven by a belief that modern technology should empower builders, not intimidate them. Every tool, article, and product is designed to reduce guesswork, increase safety, and help others build with confidence.

Design smarter, ride harder!
