3. Compatibility & Installation Responsibility

All products sold on 10FoldMoto.ca are intended for knowledgeable users. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm:

  • Suitability for the intended application

10FoldMoto is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or incorrect application of any product.

 

4. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse any order

  • Limit quantities per customer or per order

  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud

If payment has been processed and an order is cancelled, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

5. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes (GST, PST, HST) are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination. Shipping costs are displayed before order confirmation.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped:

  • Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer

  • Tracking information is provided when available

10FoldMoto is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen shipments once they are in the possession of the carrier.

 

7. Sales Are Final

All sales are considered final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10FoldMoto is not obligated to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect fitment

  • Installation errors

  • Change of mind

  • Misuse or modification

 

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Any manufacturer's warranties are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 10FoldMoto disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Loss of use

  • Vehicle damage

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some products sold on 10FoldMoto.ca may be intended for off-road, race, or closed-course use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, provincial, federal, and international laws and regulations related to product use and vehicle modification.
